Police Officer
Starting: $24.27 to Midpoint: $26.97 per hour.
Ignite your passion and serve. Become a Navasota Police Officer; apply today! Protect the City's residents and property and enforce laws and ordinances. Duties include patrolling an assigned area, generally by vehicle, responding to emergency calls and routine complaints, and taking appropriate action.

Applicants must be 21 years of age and possess a high school diploma or a GED. A person cannot have been convicted of a Class B misdemeanor or higher.  Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to pass an extensive background. Animal Control Officer
Starting: $15.53 to Midpoint: $18.27 per hour.
Protects residents from stray or vicious animals and related diseases; operates the animal control center; captures, impounds, and when necessary, disposes of animals; and maintains records and prepares and submits reports.  Click on the position title to view full job description.

Communications Operator (Dispatcher)
Starting: $18.09 to Midpoint: $21.30 per hour.

Lifeguard
Starting: $12.00 to Midpoint: $13.46 per hour.
Under the supervision of the Pool Manager and/or Head Lifeguard, enforce the safety regulations for the protection of pool patrons; make suggestions for new or updated regulations; assist in general maintenance of pool facilities, and perform other duties as assigned by the Pool Manager/Head Lifeguard and/or Parks & Recreation Manager.  Click on the position title to view the full job description.
