Meeting Agendas

As of April 1, 2024, this page will be used to post meeting agendas and minutes.  All previous meeting agendas can be found on the “Archived Agendas” page.  All previous meeting minutes and videos can be found on the “Archived Minutes & Videos” page.

Any person interested in speaking on any item on the agenda may complete the Request Form and submit to the City Secretary prior to the start of the City Council meeting.  The request must include the speaker's name, address, and phone number, as well as the agenda item number. The request must be received prior to the start time of the meeting.

The agenda, agenda packets, minutes and video for Navasota meetings can be accessed through the electronic agenda program below. Please click on the hyperlinks to access the information.  Agenda packets include all supporting documentation for each agenda item.
