Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis no less than two weeks prior to the event date. Reservations made with less than two weeks notice must be done in person and is subject to staff availability. Parks and Recreation must approve the reservation and payment cannot be made using a check.
Renting In Person
Residents may stop by City Hall to complete the appropriate paperwork with staff and pay in person. You may download and complete the Rental Agreement Form and Rental Policies to bring with you, however, a rental is not official until approved by Parks and Recreation Staff prior to payment. A facility is not considered reserved on the calendar without paperwork and a paid deposit.
Brule Park, Ketchum Park and the Navasota Municipal Pool do not require deposits. The Rental Fee must be paid in full once the paperwork has been approved by staff.
