KEEP NAVASOTA BEAUTIFUL

The purpose of the Keep Navasota Beautiful is to promote policies and programs for decreasing the amount of loose refuse in the city, enhancing and preserving the city's natural beauty and encouraging the use of landscaping and the improvement of deteriorating features.

Keep Navasota Beautiful is a movement that inspires increased beautification and conservation through education and the promotion of events encouraging the recycling, reuse of items, and community clean-up events. Since the Keep Navasota Beautiful Commission was founded in 2002, the community has placed second in the Governor's Community Achievement Award for 2003, 2004, and 2006, and held five very successful Don't Mess With Texas Trash-Offs.
